Hung-Ju is a Ph.D. student the School of Sociology at the University of Arizona. His research interests center on "Organizations and Work", as well as "Global and Transnational Sociology". He studies organizational behaviors and practices across diverse political, economic, and social contexts, and examines how these practices shape the work and career of different social groups, including youth, class, gender, and race. Hung-Ju received his B.A. in Political Science and Sociology(double major) from National Taiwan University, Taiwan. He is particularly interested in approaching the study of organizations from interdisciplinary perspectives.
