Where
We're excited to host a multi-day workshop featuring Dr. Taylor Winfield and two visiting scholars, Dr. Prudence Carter and Dr. Iddo Tavory, as they discuss her upcoming book, Uniformed Bodies: How the Illusion of Standardization Reproduces Inequality, and the academic publishing process. Over three days, you'll have the opportunity to witness peer feedback on a manuscript in development, learn from established scholars about research and career trajectories, and gain insights into the academic publishing process from a university press editor.
Graduate Panel
An exclusive session with Dr. Iddo Tavory (NYU) and Dr. Prudence Carter (Brown University) for graduate students to ask questions about research, career trajectories, and scholarly development. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with established scholars in your field. Please RSVP by Monday, April 20th at the link below.
Date & Time: Wednesday, April 22 | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
