Kaylee's research interests include the intersection between work and occupations, gender, and educational systems. Her previous work as a Demographic and Social Analysis M.A. student at the University of California, Irvine assessed gender representation in faculty compositions across public universities in California.
Kaylee earned her B.A. in Behavioral Science with minors in Global Cultural Studies and Biology at Concordia University Irvine. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, going on walks, bullet journaling, and playing board games.
