Congratulations, Minyoung!

We are pleased to announce that Minyoung An successfully defended her dissertation and completed all requirements for the PhD in Sociology on May 27th, 2025. Her dissertation, titled "Do Gender and Gender Inequality Inform Migration Decisions of Skilled Workers?", explores how gendered dynamics shape global migration decisions and patterns among highly skilled workers.
