PhD. Candidates Josh Zhang and Alex Kinney Winners of Bowers Award

The Graduate Studies Committee* is happy to announce the winners of the Bowers Award paper competition. 

The first place winner is Josh Zhang for his paper, “The Liability of Conservative Business Political Ideology and Shareholder Activism in Corporate America.” 

The second place winner is Alex Kinney for his paper, “We’re Trying to Turn a Cowboy into an Aristocrat Negotiating Surveilling Institutions in the U.S. Cannabis Industry.”
