Dr. Daniel Martinez recently co-edited a special issue in the Journal of Migration and Human Security titled, “Forced Migration, Deterrence, and Solutions to the Non-Natural Disaster of Migrant Deaths Along the US-Mexico Border and Beyond.” The issue is based on the Mapping Migrant Deaths Across the US-Mexico Border Conference that was hosted on campus last fall.
