Dr. Celestino Fernández, University Distinguished Outreach Professor in the School of Sociology, has been invited to give the Commencement Speech on May 25, 2013, at Santa Rosa Jr. College (SRJC) in Santa Rosa, California.  Prof. Fernández received an A.A. degree from SRJC in 1971.  SRJC has not had a tradition of having external commencement speakers and Dr. Fernández will be only the second such speaker.  He will share some of his life stories with those in attendance, including theimpact...
