The B.S. degree in Care, Health, and Society (CHS) requires a minimum of 36 units. Students are required to take a semester-long internship that must be completed in the second semester of their junior year or during their senior year. Students are encouraged to select an internship in a health-related vocation they wish to pursue. Students are awarded credit based on their ability to connect their internship experience to what they learned in their formal coursework.
